By placing an order with IVERFEN, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Product information on this website is provided for general information only and does not constitute medical or veterinary advice.

2. PRODUCTS

Customers are responsible for reading all information, packaging, warnings and instructions supplied with a product before use.

Veterinary products are intended for animal use only and must not be used in humans.

Products must only be used for their intended and lawful purpose.

3. MEDICAL & VETERINARY ADVICE

IVERFEN does not provide medical diagnoses, prescriptions or individual treatment advice.

Where appropriate, customers should seek advice from a doctor, pharmacist, veterinary surgeon or other suitably qualified professional before using a medicine.

4. ORDERS

An order may be refused or cancelled where fulfilling it would be unlawful, inappropriate or impossible.

5. PAYMENT

No upfront payment is required under our current payment arrangement.

Payment is requested once the order has been safely received.

Payment may be made by bank transfer or PayPal. Payment details are provided privately.

6. PRICES

Prices displayed on the website are in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

Any international postage charge will be agreed before an order is confirmed.

7. DELIVERY

UK orders are normally sent using a tracked Royal Mail service.

Postage and packaging within the United Kingdom is currently provided free of charge.

International delivery may be available by prior arrangement. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed because delays may occur outside our control, including customs and postal delays.

8. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.

Where UK consumer law provides a right to cancel an online order, that right will be respected.

Certain sealed products may not be suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once their seal has been broken.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or appears faulty, please contact IVERFEN as soon as possible and retain the packaging.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights concerning goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.

9. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for checking whether a product can lawfully be imported, possessed and used in their country.

OVERMEN cannot guarantee that an international shipment will be accepted by the destination country’s customs or regulatory authorities.

11. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.

IVERFEN is not responsible for loss resulting from deliberate misuse of a product or use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.
